how to migrate from 2007 to 2013 workflow

1. Go to Root Site collection Features of your webapplication
2. De-Activate = Workflow
3. De-Activate = SharePoint 2007 Workflows
4. Browse to path "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\TEMPLATE\FEATURES\ReviewWorkFlows"
5. Open ReviewApproval & ReviewFeedback xml file and change any <AssociationCategories>None</AssociationCategories> to <AssociationCategories></AssociationCategories>
6. iisreset
7. Activate = Workflow
8. Activate = SharePoint 2007 Workflows
9. go to workflow settings
10. got to Remove, Block, or Restore a Workflow, click on allow and save
11. Web.config <httpCookies httpOnlyCookies="false"/>
12. iisreset
